Free installation
HE LASER will send our engineer to our customer's company for installation and technical training. All the terms should be discussed.
Technical training
HE LASER offers free technical training to the metal laser cutting machine, after installation and adjustment on user's site, train one/two operator and maintenance personnel respectively. Training includes the laser principle, construction equipment, process description, equipment maintenance, laser safety, operating procedures and simple troubleshooting.
Equipment maintenance
HE LASER will provide a full range of sevice work.
HE LASER promises: 1 year warranty for equipment from the date of the installation and testing.
If the metal laser cutting machine meets operating trouble, HE LASER promises to offer solutions for the users within 24 hours. After the equipment warranty expires, will provide life-long maintenance.
